License Agreement

Sample libraries and virtual instruments purchased from Rattly And Raw Ltd are licensed to you by Rattly And Raw Ltd. We are not selling you the original audio recordings. Rattly And Raw Ltd remains the owner or licensee of the original audio recordings.

By purchasing and downloading a sample library or virtual instrument from Rattly And Raw Ltd, you have a single user license to use these sounds in your own commercial or personal musical compositions without payment of any further fees or royalties.

You may not use Rattly And Raw Ltd sounds and instruments in solo or as part of a commercially released product (for example, you cannot use the sounds to make another sample library or virtual instrument, or for other multimedia productions) unless as part of a musical composition.

This license also expressly forbids the resale, re-licensing or other distribution of these sample libraries and virtual instruments, either as they were delivered to you, or having been changed or incorporated into other sounds (for example, you cannot layer Rattly And Raw Ltd samples with others and release them as your own sample library).

This license does not permit you to resell, loan, rent or lease the content to any third party, or embed it in hardware, online, or in an app.

Rattly And Raw Ltd has a proprietary interest in all sounds contained within its products and you accept and acknowledge that any use by you that intends to frustrate the purpose of this agreement, including but not limited to selling, renting, or otherwise distributing the sounds would cause irreparable injury to Rattly And Raw Ltd in a way that could not be adequately compensated by damages. You agree that, in the event of such improper use, Rattly And Raw Ltd shall be entitled to an immediate injunction without the requirement of posting a bond.

Rattly And Raw Ltd bears no liability for any loss or damage to the licensed sample library or virtual instrument, for the loss of working results, turnover, or profit, or for direct or indirect loss or damage suffered by you or any third party.

Rattly And Raw Ltd provides no guarantee that the licensed sample library or virtual instrument meets your requirements and purposes. It is your responsibility to check compatibility with your software and hardware prior to purchase.

Because Rattly And Raw products are delivered as downloads, they cannot be returned. Therefore, refunds are only given at the discretion of Rattly And Raw Ltd. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

By purchasing a product from Rattly And Raw Ltd, you are agreeing to abide by this license agreement.
